gua sha is only for lymphatic drainage, mostly cope. youd need bones for it to look decent/to even debloat, some fat dissolvers would work

the most potent otc is pamabrom, but because it's otc it has a low therapeutic ceiling so you can't just take more and expect more. there's lasix which is the best but has side effects, i don't know the "best" but some other good ones are amiloride, hctz, epleronone
