should i take potassium pills every day or only the days i go out?

You can but I usually get my potassium through natural sources and it works fine for me

It's going to be more efficacious to take potassium solely on days that you go out, because otherwise your body will enter homeostasis with the new electrolyte balance (though you will obviously still be relatively less bloated with a better potassium-to-sodium ratio even if maintained long-term).

With that being said, potassium is dogshit. Just get loop diuretics if you want to take something before you go out. Then rehydrate with electrolytes once you've expelled water.

how much do you take? i think you take more than i do because citrate is around 33% of elemental potassium while chloride is 50%

whats the best diuretic? i heard furosemide is good

about a tablespoon , maybe 10-15 grams
