How do i lose fat whilst keeping a general weight for example im 15 been to the gym little shy of a year doing weights have a decent physique but i want to be leaner be able to see my zygos easily and jaw line im on a cleanish bulk and thinking of cardio like 10k steps i drink 3.5 l of water have a insane potassium intake like 3:1 but i never can get a lean face im probably like 15-17 percent bf
 
I would but im 15 its risky because you cant starve yourself you cant run reta its hard to debloat and lose fat
Ur facial fat is a 1 to 1 correlation to your facial fat muh starving your self just eat Lena protein and lower carbs and do cardio (or use fat loss drugs)

So basically eat clean do cardio but why would i lower carbs?

Carbs are high in calories eat them before your workout
I do but its so annoying being sat at 16 percent bf and not being able to just pin reta at a low dose with cardio should i do like treadmill high incline low speed

Probably dont need or know the risks of reta also it’s expensive and hard to hide from parents what makes you think its okay for

yes maybe its hard to hide but its not bad for you, otherwise cite a study saying its bad for humans and then talk to me
