I’m 16 and severely addicted to vaping. I’ve decided to start using snus instead, is it true it’s an appetite suppression? Will that help me cut because I’m trying to Debloat crazy. Also what else works for Debloating? I know the obvious like calorie deficit but what gets rid of the bloatness on my face?
