Yo guys I was wondering if debloating is working in a young age, you know because of the baby fat what makes the face looks young and makes the cheeks round. And how long does it take to debloat if it's working in a young age.

I'm 15 rn and my cheeks are really chubby and round. My parents told me it's normal in goes away during puberty. So this is why I'm asking if debloating is really helping as a teen or do I just have to wait for debloating?

u need to drop bodyfat first, debloating is useless if you're fat

the babyfat went away in the past 2 months for me and im 16,5. I always thought i couldn't debloat even though i was skinny and puffy faced. Just do cardio on incline 15 granted you are low enough bodyfat. After a weekend of cardio you should see a difference. I did it for the first time and saw my bone structure and ogee curve/hollows. If i did a week of cardio i would probably have CL bones.

It's a combo of bone structure maturing and losing babyfat. You will look a lot better by 16 and a half, and an extreme lot better by 18/19. But i am a late bloomer and my bone age is 2+ years behind. So who knows

underweight doesnt mean you wont have face fat.
first of all bulk up and fix ur body (positive body halo is 1/3rd of the story but without it ur hopeless)
after that lean down and odds are your baby facial fat is gonna melt away. if youve done that and your face is still chubby/puffy its either a bones issue or extremely unlucky fat pad genetics:
  1. if its because of big/large fat pads you can use a microcurrent device to possibly reduce them OR go the surgery route and actually fix your problem for good.
  2. if its because of your bones ur kinda fucked. implants/surgery is ur only hope.
  3. If its because youre bloated then its an easy fix: cardio, electrolytes and plenty of water. also potassium to sodium ratio.
Also what do you mean by "wait for debloating"? (pls rep)

Does using a facial microcurrent devive really reduce fat pads and improve skin?
