i don’t consume over 1500mg sodium a day and i try to get as much potassium as possible, i also am really slim prob need to bulk up more but its whatever. Its not like my cheeks are super fat its mostly my recessed chin. other than supplements what could really help debloat hard

you should not even be getting remotely close to 700 milligrams of sodium per day, eat no sodium for a couple days then start eating only max 600 milligrams

try eating no sodium for a day or two and see what happens

No sodium will in fact make the face more bloated as itll disrupt the fluid balance, it should just be in a normal range

As far as supplements It wont really help as they all have low doseages of potassium

Eat potatoes and bananas, theyre super rich in potassium containing 400-700 mg per roughly

I don't have experience with debloating but my friend told me about the no sodium method and I thought it'd work, my bad

Calorie deficiet and don't listen to the retards about cutting sodium 1500mg is igh. Sodium is an electrolyte u need it. It pairs with potassium and magnesium. All u need is a calorie deficiet

Shut the fuck up, you did no research
American Heart Association says:
"It’s unlikely that you’re not getting enough sodium in your diet. And there’s no reliable evidence that eating less than 1,500 mg per day is a risk for most people.
The body needs only a small amount of sodium (less than 500 mg per day) to function properly. That’s a smidgen — the amount in less than 1/4 teaspoon. Very few people come close to eating less. Plus, healthy kidneys are great at retaining the sodium that your body needs."

"American heart association" 🤓
Sodium is an electrolyte u dipshit u need electrolytes. Without sodium u will still be bloated and whenever u exercise ur gonna lose more sodium. Stop demonizing sodium
