I have really narrow palate (6 tooth smile) and I've been mewing as much as possible but my back teeth is flaring because of the narrow space. Now I think I can reach the back third, but my teeth is fucked. I've also done some more research and learnt that after 16+ mewing becomes a cope.
As of rn, am think MSE but am seeing it genuinely fucks your face over... any suggestions and advice? I'll attach my palate below, and if you need anymore information Ill be happy to provide
