can anyone recommend any techniques and tips for debloating? Both dietary and everything else

stop eating chips and sugary snacks. Soda too, diet soda is chill. workout a lot, i never do cardio cuz its boring and annoying.

Drink potassium drinks or whatever, Fast a lot and eat goods foods like chicken, thats all i got.

Debloating is cope stop wasting your time and money just go to gym and do cardio after and calorie.deficit

I already eat in a significant calorie deficit, my bodyfat % is low but obviously there are mechanisms that fill out your muscle tissue making your bones less visible, such as carbs binding to water in your muscle tissue. That’s what people call ”water weight”. I”ve heard people talking about sodium and potassium intake and if someone knows more about that in terms of bloating it would be helpful

What does potassium really do for your bloatedness? What is the chemistry?
 
Drink potassium, raw tender coconut works best if not get some electrolytes.

Cut down anything with extra added table salt (sodium), cut down anything that is sold in colourful packets with emulsifiers/preservatives and colouring agents found in the ingredient list back side.
