I NEED ADVICE FOR DEBLOATING MY FACE

I've heard you should drink 2L of water every night before sleeping and I just started that
I meal prep and go for 3k calories a day for sports, is there anything I should be avoiding in foods?
Also abt to start getting more potassium every day
 
avoid high sodium & increase ur potassium intake, no u should drink 2L at once before sleeping that’ll just bloat you more when u wake up. drink 3-4L throughout the day, make sure to avoid high fat foods & u already get ur cardio going thru sports. you got this

well first you gotta make sure its even bloat jfl. not everyone can have hollow cheeks its highly dependent on your bone structure. i'd say lean out as much as you can (preferably below 10 bf%) and then go from there jfl.

mate just starve yourself
