It may come as a surprise to some here, but @Blackgymmax claimed once he can "bench 525 max." I'm not showing where he said it because it's too much trouble & I don't care to find the exact quote that's not hard to find anyways....
Let me explain to you all why his claim is bullshit. First of all, here's the BIGGEST blackgymmax has ever been, clearly evident he was muscular:
Looks like a strong, muscular dude around 220-235 lbs. for his height, 5'10", give or take. Looks like he can obv. easily push well over 300 lbs., yeah, but...
However, this means fuck all for estimating his bench press & you'll see why....
First off, a 525 lb. bench press, just to put in perspective, is as strong as 3 or more men. To be as strong as 3 men or more is something nearly impossible.
Now looking at blackgymmax' physique he's clearly way stronger than an average man, but I can assure you he wasn't as strong 3. Here are some examples of super-strong/MASSIVE dudes who bench press LESS than what blackgymmax claims he could despite their bigger size + training:
1. Bradley Martyrn
This is dude is about 6'2" and 260 lbs. in this pic above. He's 30+ years old and has trained for over 10 years. His bench max is estimated to be around 505 lbs. in his prime, give or take. You're telling me this dude's WEAKER than blackgymmax's peak at this size?! 30 + lbs. heavier, 2x more roids yet weaker?!
2. John Cena
At his peak John Cena was 6'1" and 245 lbs. of muscle. This is HUGE. Cena also is pushing 50 and has been weight training for well over two DECADES. His max bench press ever was estimated at 480-510 lbs. Again, this is saying he's still WEAKER than blackgymmax's claim despite all those extra years?
3. Derek Poundstone
This dude is 6'1" and 340 lbs. He is a former strongman competitor, AKA one of the elite of the elite strongest men on Earth category, i.e., rare AF freaks. He's trained MANY years. His max bench is estimated at his peak to be maybe 540 lbs. This means blackgymmax is claiming he could bench press as much nearly as a world's strongest man/strongman elite competitor 100 + lbs. heavier than him. Are you starting to see the bullshit of his claim yet?
Now let's also add some closing statements that further seal the deal like, for example, blackgymmax being not even 30 years old. The dude's a kid and young as shit compared to these roiding monsters who have been lifting and pushing their bodies for DECADES some of them plus bulking and taking every drug under the sun. But fresh, young blackgymmaxx is surpassing easily?
But somehow, blackgymmax roids up, not even a few years later he's pushing 500 + lbs. out of nowhere, when before that it was likely he could not even do barely 225 + lbs. To summarize -- blackgymmax is a FUCKING LIAR and he for sure cannot have ever reached a number such as 525 lbs. RAW on a bench press even at his peak, as shown above. I'd give him 450 lbs. MAX maybe, give or take, but 500 + lbs.? No fucking way ... Not happening. It's 99% unlikely!
500 + lb. benchers are FREAKS of the freaks. It is likely 99% of men no matter how many years they work, roid, train, bulk will never touch 500 lbs. & will stay stuck in the 300-480 lb. range even with DECADES of training plus roids.
But somehow this young nigga shoots up and hits 500 + lbs. all of a sudden? THINK. He could bench 400 + lbs., yes. 500 +? Not a chance in hell.
