I tried rinsing my mouth with water mixed with salt and later I squeezed it open sorta, it got some (TMI) bloof and pus out and it's somewhat smaller than it was before. I am not sure if it's because of the salty water thing or the squeezing but either way I am going to try the water thingy again. Thankfully I do not have any pain whatsoever but I can feel it's there and it's annoying. Especially before it got smaller.
