I could have gone until at least 100 hours but I decided this was good enough. I have fasted for 209 hours in toral now, back to back. Now tell me, gentlemen, how should I celebrate this joyous occasion? It is either a burger meal or sushi.

Yes, I did not eat a single thing. I only drank chai (without sugar), coke zero and sometimes strawberry milk.

Hey there, uh no I did not go. :ogre: If you are talking about my heart, it has mostly subsided. If you are talking about my gums, then somewhat, but I got an abscess which needs to be taken care of.

We don't have good donut joints. We had Dunkin' Donuts but they were overpriced and now they are bankrupt. I wish there was a Krispy Kreme franchise here.

Thank you my friend. I managed to reduce it somewhat by opening it but that's not how this will heal I believe, online it says dental abcesses do not go away on their own so I need to go to a dentist someday soon.

I went from OMAD to eating twice a day (pre-dawn and dinner), and much larger portions than usual. I gained 6 to 7 kg in 4 weeks. :feelswhy:

Local joints that are halal, this one is apparently international though as they have franchises in Dubai as well.

True, but I always order the fried ones and they add a spicy sort of mayo to it. I always seem to gain a lot of weight because of it, I am guessing it's because of the salt / vinegar from the sticky rice.

I fasted during Ramadan too and I didn't even fast everyday cause I was starving and I still lost 7kg at the end of Ramadan while being skinny asf and underweight bmi and eating so much :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

Are you also a muzzie? Mirin bhai. And uh, well I normally did not eat so much, usually one meal a day (OMAD), and even then the meal wouldn't be huge. Then came ramadan, and I was eating classic Pakistani breakfasts like parathas with butter on top, bunch of tosti's that included sambal, onions, cheese and a shit ton of garlic sauce. Then for dinner it was classic Pakistani dishes like samosas with minced meat, pakorays, etc. And I would eat at least 3 samosas, at least 5 pakorays. These are all fried in oil. This way I easily gained so much in one week. Mirin that you had the exact opposite experience as me.
