Deep bite is limiting my forward growth.

I need to fix it to grow naturally

get orthodontic help, you need to create an open bite.

creating open bite the natural way (using bad tongue posture) is a bad idea, u will just be creating more problems.

I have managed to intrude my incisors by using bite blocks or whatever they are called. basically you put something behind your upper incisors that prevent you from biting as deep, my teeth be intruding asymetricaly though: cc image

Everyone ive seen with DB has crowded lower teeth including me… interesting.

I thought mew said to hold mouth open so the molars can erupt

yes if you could take the total volume relative to maxilla of everyone you see with deep bites u will also found that the mandible is way too small. that's why there is lower crowding, bc in deep bite cases the mandible becomes trapped and cannot grow to its full adult size.

Yes and that's whats happening with these bite blocks,

not the best image but u cansee how the back teeth don't meet. Im still expanding the lowers btw so there are other bite issues here lol.

I also have a deep bite
Is there anything that my orthodontist could offer that I should decline? I think I'm still at an age where it should be fixable
