Idk i have both deep canine fossa and high fwhr, wide face overall and im 20% and not bloated at all

i have it but i’m not lean enough to see the benefits of it. i’m around 15-17% bf and all it gives me are nasal folds

depends on your fat distribution, but if your pfp is you right now then I'd say you need to be around 12-13% in order to get that sunken look (debloated)

uh i forgot what deep canine fossa looks like tbh. just look it up and compare to ur ct scan. simple.
