So i know this is a incredible far fetched idea, and is most likely total time waste, but im very interested if anyone has debunked/tried this.
So one of the best bonegrowers in nature are Deers. They grow up to a quarter of an inch of bones(antlers) a day. If you are not aware of this antlers are almost 100% bonemass. Now if you look in to this, they dont realy do nothing special, no spesific living living place, no nun. SO... could their diet actualy have some corelation with the incredible ability to grow bones?
Ofcourse Deers are NOT the same as us, and dont share the same structular build etcetc. But... Eaven if following theese thing would add 1 or 2 mm of bones in the long run, it would be a gamechanger.
Unlike most "bonegrowing methods" trying this, would not be as risky. It does not have life threatening sideeffects like roids, is not cope like bonesmashing, and does not cost a fortune.
Now the diet consists of plants, fruits and nuts, witch all are commonly known looksmins.
The question is, could this commonly known "fact" be the reason why ppl dont try things like theese and see the effects?
I mean we have seen the same thing with highsugar diets. Ppl like DOYOUREMEMBERME do this, and get the positive sideeffect like bonegrowth, but ppl see the increase in acne and just skip the whole thing.
Im very interested in knowing, if ppl have tried this, if there is any reasearch to back this up, or debung it.
