Was in a heavy deficit from 15.5-16 and a bit and after a while went on another deficit for a few months, only now realising my mistake at 17 1/4 what can I do to reverse some of the effects of this

Doesn't matter for the most part if you were fat it was a net benefit

its probably over you lost some of inches because of that,i also had that problem in childhood and it stunned my growth by couple inches
