After abandoning gym, working only 5-6 hours a week for a bit over a month I decided to delete my account here. If I continue to rot this much I will rope, not ascend. @pneumocystosis thanks for the advice.

Damn man you could just browse max 1 hour at a time but ngl you indeed were online a lot when i went to sleep when i woke up anytime.

If you come back just put like a limit on yourself self control is needed to ascend anyways.
 
You’re already lean . Only ascension is leanmax . So u need surgery or better eyebrows. You don’t need to delete account for that
