Dental Orthodontic Facemask

I was thinking about buying a Dental Orthodontic Facemask that pushes the maxilla forward I have braces and a non surgical expansion yet I don’t think I am getting the results I want thinking about asking my ortho on the next appointment for a face mask and if he won’t give me one I’ll do it my self
So are there any face mask tutorials/diys here I could use?

I am saying all of that because my mid face is fucking sunk and it fucks my nose eyes and the whole side profile

I have one its been 3.5m and idk tbh the ortho is not black pilled like in turkey or something
I do have whatever a face mask setup needs so its either the ortho is planing a facemask use (ill be asking him)
or
I will do it my self
