Dentist called me a conspiracy theorist for suggesting tooth extraction will fuck up my maxilla and palate

So I went to Dentist and he said I have couple cavities. ok big whoop
but then he said I have all my wisdom teeth still and NEED to get them removed ASAP because it can cause infection to the surrounding teeth and even more cavities.

So I told him no i dont want to get my wisdom extracted because the gap will fuck up and shift my mandible, my palate and possibly realign my maxilla.

He called me conspiracy theorist and just laughed me off. What a fucker...

teeth naturally wants to move forward. the reason wisdom teeth become impacted is due to no room to move down and forward on the mandible. the solution is to expand the palate, and thus allowing the mandible to expand, making room for it to grow forward. most dentists/orthos/doctors are too stupid to understand how all of these problems are interconnected, so they just resort to muh genetics so they don't have to think about anything and can resort to their training which involves breaking shit and pulling things out like cave men
