Narrow palate?

definitely narrow. depending on age it's still naturally fixable but definitely beg for one. this is a typical palate that they'd give an expander to idk why they wouldn't.

Altough i got close set eyes and a wide bizygomatic so even more bizygo width would make my esr even worse what do i do bruh ( 0.44-6 in selfies but 0.42-4 in mirror 2x zoom lol ) or maybe cos its a little from side or smth idk help )
