Dentist insisting on removing molars

I live in Brasil and surgeries r like 1k usd and they get a portion of the surgery fee

My dentist is insisting on me getting my molars removed without seeing the X-rays yet

Obv he is a trained professional and may see things I don’t

But my molars don’t cause any pain and isn’t affecting any teeth yet

What do I do

TLDR: will extraction of ny molars ruin facial structure

search it up but extraction dont make you look worst evrytime and it depend on what is orthodontic issue u wanna fix
