Dentist wants to extract all my wisdom teeth

The dentist I went to about 3 years ago said I wouldn't need to have them extracted...
All 4 are mostly in right now - and have not given me problems.

I have a dentist cousin and when I told him that he said that they will almost certainly cause trouble sooner or later, so might as well take them out before things go bad. I still haven't done it, though
