hi boyos and chads,

I have a gap in between my front teeth.

I went to local Orthodontist and he wants to put metal/ceramic braces on only my top teeth. I asked him if the teeth will be moved back, and he said an unsignificant bit, but still like a mm . He said my bite wasnt to be affected. But it will probably stop my mewing/chewing progress for a year.

I also can get spark braces for like 4 months, but they are for both teeth(up and down and more expensive).

Are there any other methods to fix gaps in teeth?

but they would only put them on my upper teeth, so should jaw not be affected?(also, he said they move an insignifcant bit back, so my bite still will be fine)
