Been preaching this. Most underrated looksmax you can do is avoid dentists like the plague. They are the most horribly divisive scum whose sole purpose is to destroy your aesthetics and loot you of as much money they can squeeze. They work tightly with the plastic surgery industry to fuck up people faces so they are forced to pay for surgery down the line. I dont even trust them to do basic shit like a filling or cleaning.
