Depersonalization (observing yourself from your body)

Depersonalization is the feeling you get when you are observing yourself outside of your body. I’m wondering how I can feel it.

I had that for a few days when I was a teen, after smoking too much weed something got fucked up with my brain for a while. But it feels more like your own body is foreign to you, it feels like you steer a robot body from inside your head, it's not a desirable state, feels like shit tbh. Your best bet to get it is salvia divinorum
