I'm not vegan, my diet is mainly fat and meat with some carbs

as a med student who has been reading on nutrition constantly for 1 year now i can tell you that healthiest diet is with minimal fat, bellow 50g idealy almost non, all fat is bad for you even good fats such aa olive oil, it still causes clogged arteries by numerous studies i read.

Best diet would be minimal lean red meat, plenty of plants, average chiken and fish consumption, and minimal foods with high acidity

My diet atm is just high fat and carb lol but i try to get it all from healthy sources
Only sources i get sugar from are,
Fruits (dried or normal)
Dark chocolate, 90% atleast
Honey.

I eat a few carrots everyday and onions and garlic on a regular basis.
I try to eat live 1x a week

If your TDEE is very high it wont take long
If your TDEE for some reason is like 1600 it'll take a bit longer]

Keto is a huge meme, it's only feasible if you are extremely active or have some digestive problems where heart problems later in life would be a lesser problem for you, here are the studies i have saved months ago about how unhealthy all fat is
