I have this memory of how my vision or how the world use to look
It was in the woods and it felt realistic
After drug use I remember noticing everything was low to the ground and stuff looked like plastic
Is this derealization
I feel like the memory of how the world looked is fading

I don’t relate to this exactly but sometimes I have triggers that will send me into a dreary-like phase that could be considered derealization. I experienced derealization (I think) after trying weed. Sometimes this faint state will come back but it’s different so idek whether to consider it the same thing or if they’re related
