Derm visit

I have been on accutane for 3 months now and today i had a visit with my derm i was prescribed 20mg which is pretty low dosage considering im around 70kg bw today when i complained about the lack of results and the low dosage and asked for it to be increased he pretty much told to fuck off and from the way nigga is speaking he aint planning to increase the dosage ever when asked about the cumulative dosage he looked at me like im a retard and hes pretty much saying that it doesnt exist and started speaking about some 6-12 month period and its the only thing that matters when i started pushing for a higher dosage he pretty much started threatening either i take the 20mg or fuck off and dont get anything in the end i got cucked and now im stuck with 20mg for 3 months.

What to do? Should i stick with my current one, try another derm, or should i just order from Indiamart
