Derma Roller (1mm)

Just got a Derma roller how often should I be using this. Also where all is safe to roll and is there anything else I can do to boost the effects. Goal is to boost collagen production.

0.5mm on forehead
1mm basically everywhere else

(not sure about how often to use it)

I only have a 1mm would it be hurtful to use on my forehead just less frequently and not as many rolls.
