Descended what to do?

Started softmaxing with basic stuff like tretinoin, neck/posture exercises, zygo pressing, beauty quadrants, castor oil, taking supplements, and trying to eat healthier. I look even worse now 3 months later of trying to improve my looks, def sub 5 now. Tips on how to actually start making progress and what caused me to descend? (hair isn't normally like that just to see my whole face after shower) (The one with more acne is now, skin has gotten way worse on tret)
