Modern humans are physically devolving. Not because of genetics, but because our environment no longer selects for strength, structure, or symmetry. We eat processed food stripped of micronutrients, soft textures that require no effort to chew, and live in artificial conditions that eliminate natural stimulus.

Jawlines collapse, posture deteriorates, hormones flatline — all downstream effects of a system designed for comfort instead of adaptation. Our ancestors didn’t have perfect genetics; they had constant pressure. Pressure builds structure. Without it, bone and muscle regress.

What people call “bad genetics” today is usually just epigenetic decay from a weak environment. You can’t evolve upward when everything around you makes survival effortless.

Having a great environment for yourself is beneficial but it will never be enough. You need to hit the lottery by being born into a family that has lived as “primals” for the generations prior to you and not grain feeding in their living room. It’s crucial that you make your kids grand kids live how they are biologically supposed to if you want your genetics to mog.
