Most guys can't grow a full beard. Inhibiting DHT doesn't stop your beard from growing, it just makes it grow slower, so actually in a lot of cases it's better because it means you have to shave less, and looking good takes less upkeep.

DHT is literally all negatives beyond the age of about 20. (At the latest)

There is no reason to not inhibit DHT beyond that point if you care at all about your hair.
