Title:
Mainly looking for people who are professionally diagnosed with ASD + ADHD (AuDHD). If you're diagnosed autistic without ADHD, I'd like to hear your experience too.
Not trying to start another self-dx debate. I'm just interested to see if a lot of us have gone through the same things.
A lot of looksmaxxing advice seems to be aimed at NTs. Stuff like "just be consistent" or "just fix your body language" sounds simple, but it doesn't always work like that.
Some things I've been wondering:
Curious to hear what other diagnosed people have experienced. I don't see this topic discussed very often.

Some things I've been wondering:
- Does anyone else have a resting face that people read as bored, cold, pissed off or uninterested even when you're not?
- Has eye contact always felt unnatural, and have you found anything that makes it easier?
- Does executive dysfunction make basic things like brushing your teeth, showering or keeping up with skincare much harder than people think?
- Does shaving or getting haircuts suck because of sensory issues?
- Does autistic burnout completely kill your motivation for the gym or self-improvement for weeks or months at a time?
- After improving your looks, did people actually treat you differently, or did autistic mannerisms still seem to hold you back?
- Do you feel like most NT looksmaxxing advice just doesn't apply very well to autistic people?
Curious to hear what other diagnosed people have experienced. I don't see this topic discussed very often.
