For those diagnosed with autism or AuDHD later in life, with little to no parental support: At what point did you decide to seek a diagnosis, and how did your life change afterward? When would you recommend that others get evaluated?
Also, for anyone who went through the assessment process but didn't meet the criteria for either condition: What initially made you think you might be on the spectrum or have ADHD?
