It could be just me, idk do your own research, but the crash at the end of the day made me feel extremely depressed. Like suicidally depressed when I’m normally a stable person.

It’s because the drug floods your brain with dopamine for 10-12 hours so when it wears off your brain downregulates your normal dopamine levels and you go into a mini depression.

I think healthy diet and exercise are good enough to overcome my ADHD but maybe it’s not severe, idk I’d do my own research if I was you.

What do you mean when you say "healthcare"? 3rd world countries have neuro surgeons, cardiologist and everything else. Not talking about foreign based NGO's either. They don't take stock in psychiatry though because they got enough reality surrounding them to know it's pure bullshit. You think I'm different than you. I was diagnosed with ADHD in second grade. From 8 years old till I was 17, when I finally refused to take them anymore I was on the same pills. Started with Ritalin, then during the middle school years I was switched to Concerta, then finally in highschool I was put on Adderall. It was all fucking bullshit. The reason I didn't pay attention to math or "taking proper notes" was because I didn't fucking care about it. I couldn't see the value in it. I guarantee it's the same with you. How I wish someone would have forced me to pay attention to it with a leather strap. And yes I got beaten many times by my father growing up, and am very glad I did. He was righteous in doing so and I can tell you 100% without a doubt if I hadn't gotten beaten I would be serving life without parole right now, but that's for another time.

Think about what kind of society you live in. It's bend on moulding boys into passive men. Of course they want you on drugs and believing that you'll be traumatized from a simple beating.
