When changing diets, your gut bacteria does not adapt immediately. It needs time to adjust to the new foods / changes in proportion of food. Also good to note that an increase in dietary fat intake causes an increase in bile production which can cause an upset stomach. Your best bet is to take some electrolytes and some probiotics (I suggest Kefir). Hope this helps!

No worries :) Also going to reiterate that as others have stated above, make sure you are careful with the quality of the food you are consuming. Don't eat bad quality meat just so that you can fulfil the animal based diet idea that you have in your head; A great quality omnivorous diet will beat a poor quality carnivorous diet any day of the week.

it means your blood is too thin

add sugar to thicken it or bread or other shit

Genetic. Your ancestors selected for the ability to survive on nothing but curry and rice for 4000 years and now you pay the price.

Im not joking, also affect me to some extent, there is no scenario where I can just stop having rice as part of my diet (nor should i) even if I am also eating a lot of meat.

but anyway, if u said only 3 days, any crazy new diet no matter what it is, is going to give u problems since ur gut just isnt used to it. maybe in a month you can adjust idk what the method is for acclimating so go look that up. or consider keeping some of your old native diet
