I.) LENGTH

A.) Hanging:

1.) Weights: use the Zen hanger system daily. Start with just one plate and move up one plate every single week.
2.) Go straight up and down while standing and let it hang for 20 minutes to start and build up to around one hour per day. I would do 4 sessions of 20 minutes.
3.) I wouldn't personally go over 15 lbs.
4.) Once you've gotten to 15 lbs and done the process for about 4 months, then do a different position for pulling. This can be at a 90-degree angle, left, right, etc. Do one session of 20 minutes of straight up and down to maintain the gains in that position.
5.) Do this daily with one day off per week

It's hard to say precisely the results you will get from this but I gained 2 inches in length and .5 inches in girth after one full year.

II.) GIRTH:

A.) CLAMPING:

1.) get to your erect state then clamp the base of the penis and pump in as much blood as you can. Start off with just 5 minutes a day and build up over time but never go over 15 minutes. Eventually do 3 sets a day. If need be you can place 2 clamps on the base for even more blood pumped into the shaft.
2.) For direct head gains you can place a clamp right below the head.

Results after doing this was 0.5 inches of girth added in 6 months.

B.) Horse 440's

After 6 months of clamping and the 1 year of hanging, I added in Horse 440's.
1.) Clamp the base of the shaft (use the silicone sleeve for protection).
2.) After you've gotten the clamp in place, squeeze all the blood out of the head and drain into the shaft. Hold that position for 5 minutes but no more than 10 minutes. If you start getting a bunch of spots all over the dick then take a day or 2 off as you're over doing it just a bit. Slowly3.) Build up over time and condition yourself.

3.) Once you've gotten a good amount of conditioning, then you can use 2 clamps at the base while doing the 440 squeeze.

Another 0.5 inches of girth should be expected after about six months


III.) Pump up before a session:
A.) Supplements:
1.) Horny goat weed
2.) T boosters
3.) L-Arginine
4.) Ginseng

B.) Penis pump: (pump up before sessions)
1.) Bathmate



Note: always warm up and cool down with a hot rag before and after a session. Hanging is daily, girth is every other day. Once you've gotten your desired results, then cement the gains.

You should be about to get 2-3 inches of length and 1-2 inches of girth after 1-2 years. You can do the length and girth together but I didn't do that.

lol, it's for the pump not for the gains. It's a secondary bonus but not necessary at all. By itself I think it's not going to produce results but if done before the sessions as a warmup, there can be some benefits.

Warning, if you guys have many dark spots popping up just stop until most of those bad boys fade and slowly get back into it. Slowly build up over time as this isn't a race.

It's not just that but bathmate is a shit pump since you can't see what pressures you're at due to no gauge and when you press it onto your pelvic bone hard the pressures can get high quick leading to hard flaccid. You're better off getting an airpump like leluv/ LA pump or a pump. And you're better off getting an Apex Extender, HOG extender, or an epicextender for length work imo than a zenhanger.

Agreed, as I did switch to an airpump precisely due to this I just couldn't remember the precise one I used back in the day when I used it but I remembered bathmate and I don't have any personal experience with any of the other devices so it's up to the people on here to conduct their own research and testing of these products.

I've been on here. I've just mostly been in the money maxxing threads. I haven't done PE in quite some time but I figured I'd share what assisted me in my journey many years ago.

Well, you did Jelqing lmao. I would stay away from doing that since you risk bursting the blood vessels in your penis and getting erection issues. I remember when I was jelqing ages ago and my erection quality was just going down. Shit like vac extending/ hanging and airpumping are completely safe when done right.

Yes one should do 3-6 months of basic PE before clamping. The problem is I was strictly going off results and the basic PE didn't provide really much results but it does condition the Dick to be ready to handle these more advanced techniques. If one does any research whatsoever they will see this warning before starting any Clamping activities.

Goals were 10 x 7 but I failed

So it took a year to go to 7.75 x 6 and 2 years to max out. There were many times I wanted to quit because it took 1-2 hours a day and sometimes getting the spots or pain on the head from all the weight pissed me off but I fucking made it. At this point it's normal to see myself as big where as before I though I was just average and it's the biggest confidence boost one can receive other than taking roids for football in HS or something (I don't reccommend this at all)

Are the gains permanent, as in you don't have to do any PE anymore to maintain?

When you began step 4 and your ligments were maxed out you continued to stretch in this fashion? ik you got 1 inch from this but did you ever hit 2 with consistent training? from my understanding you'd have to switch to vacuum hanging to if your lucky hit another +1

I started at a lower weight in a new position and only one set of 20 minutes to start.

Unfortunately, clamping and horse 440s are where majority of the gains come from.

That's why the modern forms recommend 3-6 months of conditioning first for newbie's. Just be smart and don't go in on your first session going in double clamped for 20 minutes like superman lol. Always check yourself after each session.

2 in length gained and 0.5 girth gained in a single year, lifefuel cus i need js an inch of length and a quarter of that girth to be htn dick slaying lol bet
