I.) LENGTH
A.) Hanging:
1.) Weights: use the Zen hanger system daily. Start with just one plate and move up one plate every single week.
2.) Go straight up and down while standing and let it hang for 20 minutes to start and build up to around one hour per day. I would do 4 sessions of 20 minutes.
3.) I wouldn't personally go over 15 lbs.
4.) Once you've gotten to 15 lbs and done the process for about 4 months, then do a different position for pulling. This can be at a 90-degree angle, left, right, etc. Do one session of 20 minutes of straight up and down to maintain the gains in that position.
5.) Do this daily with one day off per week
It's hard to say precisely the results you will get from this but I gained 2 inches in length and .5 inches in girth after one full year.
II.) GIRTH:
A.) CLAMPING:
1.) get to your erect state then clamp the base of the penis and pump in as much blood as you can. Start off with just 5 minutes a day and build up over time but never go over 15 minutes. Eventually do 3 sets a day. If need be you can place 2 clamps on the base for even more blood pumped into the shaft.
2.) For direct head gains you can place a clamp right below the head.
Results after doing this was 0.5 inches of girth added in 6 months.
B.) Horse 440's
After 6 months of clamping and the 1 year of hanging, I added in Horse 440's.
1.) Clamp the base of the shaft (use the silicone sleeve for protection).
2.) After you've gotten the clamp in place, squeeze all the blood out of the head and drain into the shaft. Hold that position for 5 minutes but no more than 10 minutes. If you start getting a bunch of spots all over the dick then take a day or 2 off as you're over doing it just a bit. Slowly3.) Build up over time and condition yourself.
3.) Once you've gotten a good amount of conditioning, then you can use 2 clamps at the base while doing the 440 squeeze.
Another 0.5 inches of girth should be expected after about six months
III.) Pump up before a session:
A.) Supplements:
1.) Horny goat weed
2.) T boosters
3.) L-Arginine
4.) Ginseng
B.) Penis pump: (pump up before sessions)
1.) Bathmate
Note: always warm up and cool down with a hot rag before and after a session. Hanging is daily, girth is every other day. Once you've gotten your desired results, then cement the gains.
You should be about to get 2-3 inches of length and 1-2 inches of girth after 1-2 years. You can do the length and girth together but I didn't do that.
