Hey.
In about a day or two, I'll be dropping a comprehensive guide on penis enhancement. I'll mainly focus on increasing length + girth, but I'll also cover plenty of other related topics.
It's currently 2026, and I've seen the evidence that actual dick growth has improved over the past few years. Now, I wouldn't say it's overwhelming, and there hasn't been any end-all, be-all proven method, but I genuinely believe that any solid increase in credible data is a step forward.
With that being said, I just base this around there being more systematic reviews, better-quality device studies, etc...
I already know the inevitable reply.

The vast majority of dickmaxxing guides in BOTB are ancient as fuck (3–7 years old).
2.
Almost all of them obsess over jelqing, which, to this day, STILL relies almost entirely on anecdotal “evidence.”
3.
Even when they branch out to other methods, they’re shallow as fuck on the actual step-by-step execution and details on how to actually perform them.
For example, a guide on using a penis extender was written by a dude WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO FUCKING USE THE DEVICE:
(This was in BOTB, by the way)
