Dht increases penis size in adult it’s just smaller like .4 inches maybe after a couple months. The reason is because ur peen is less sensitive to androgens. There are swarms that increase sensitive to androgens as well as androgen receptor count. All you’d have to do is take those sarms preferentially topically applied to the penis and then use dht gel.

Yes, it is a very long process and there are people that will gain very little or nothing. On the other hand, you have people that have gained a good amount of size (length and girth) within 1-3 years of PE. Gaining 2 inches of length through PE is very very unrealistic and anybody that says they gained that much without proof is just lying.
