Okay here is my dickmaxxing guide for all dickcels out there, enjoy :
- phallosan forte penis extender (use the one with the rodes) daily 6x/week
- pump : 10min 6x/week (do before penis extender session for maximum results) + cock rings optional
- jelking, stretching and kegel exercices every other day
- low dose cialis (30-60min before pump for max efficiency)
- cardiovascular exercices, low bodyfat (not too low) and high muscle
