There's like a temporary size gain effect that lasts 24 hours so you don't necessarily need to pump right before sex but it can help. When you initially start doing it though you'll get a bunch of red dots on your skin from the small capillaries bursting, which can look kind of weird. If you keep consistent with it and put in 20 minutes every day at the right tension level, within a few months you'll likely make gains. There are guys who go too high in pressure too fast and become permanent non-gainers because of their body's response to the shock of it. You want a gentle, just slightly supraphysiological expansion which you can sustain for a lot of time under tension, you don't want to do too much and trigger a ton of collagen remodeling or fuck up your arteries and get ed.
