The debate on whether the actual average male length is 13-14cm doesn't feel like a debate anymore. Either most males are lying, either it sits more towards 15cm. I hate inches coz people tend to round up, hence my use of cm.
Overall, girth isn't something you can really change. If anybody knows otherwise, please disclose your information in the replies.
Jelquing :
Jelquing is pure cope. Just like other shit copes (e.g. eye-pulling), it'll work for about 5 seconds before going back to normal. Though if you're going to take a dicpic and want to fraud without editing the pic, i'd say it's a decent idea. Other main ways to fraud dicpics include angles, lighting and photoshop. I wouldn't fraud too much tho, so she doesn't end up disappointed when you put it in.
To jelq :
Extenders
Penile extenders are one of the few tools to have been found to work. They tend to yield good results, improving both flaccid and erect lengths by 1-3 cm on average. Whereas old extenders were designed to be worn several hours (often somewhere between 4-8 hrs), the newer ones are mainly designed for shorter sessions of 30min per day.
Extenders are also known to help with other dihformities, like bends. They can be used CAREFULLY after a surgery.
Extenders work by applying gentle pulling force on the penis for prolonged periods of time, effectively having a similar role to braces but for your dick.
When using an extender, please follow the instructions carefully and try not to overuse them.
Main side effects include :
Pills and other supplements
On the contrary to extenders, pills and other topical supplements are much less documented scientifically. Most of them are uncalled for scams. Dnr if u acc believe in this stupid shit.
You could look into these (didn't push the research that far) but be careful not to get scammed or get leaked credentials when buying these.

Surgery
If you're desperate to the point where you feel like you'd be willing to pay a surgery go check this guy's youtube channel. The average surgery can cost anywhere from under 10k to 20k + . I'd be careful and look into the surgeon's records if I were to try one, especially a cheap one, as it's touching a super sensible and used organ (unlike getting something like zygomatic implants).

To jelq :
- bring the penis to a partially erect state (not fully erect).
- apply lube to avoid friction, i'll say it once and i'll say it 1000 times more, there is no such thing as too much lube.
- the thumb and index finger form an "OK" grip around the base of the shaft.
- slowly move the grip toward the head over several seconds, stopping before the tip.
- The motion is then repeated with the other hand.

Micropenis secondary to growth hormone deficiency: does treatment with growth hormone alone result in adequate penile growth? - PubMed
Our findings suggest that growth hormone therapy alone can result in normal phallic size in patients with micropenis secondary to isolated congenital growth hormone deficiency.
Topical dihydrotestosterone to treat micropenis secondary to partial androgen insensitivity syndrome (PAIS) before, during, and after puberty - a case series - PubMed
Topical DHT treatment appears to be a safe and well-tolerated method of virilising micropenis both prior to and during puberty in children with PAIS. Questions remain about long-term outcomes into adulthood, and efficacy in adults with prior lengthy exposure to high-dose testosterone.

When taking a dicpic, you probably wanna cut the pubes (cut the pubes in general, it's like cutting your armpit hair for hygiene). If you're going to try and fraud a dicpic, you can simply take a weird angle, weird lighting, jelq or push your balls tf down. Overall I feel like a good dicpic will come from personal experience rather than a full blown guide. If anyone in the comments has annex information on how to take dicpics or is willing to make a guide, please share it in the replies.
Overall, I've known a few guys with struggles to erect. It's not that common but there are a few solutions. Erectile dysfunction goes up as you age : recent stats show 50% of males from 40-70yrs old report having ED. These solutions aren't made for ppl with ED exclusively. Anybody can use them to last longer in bed.
Dick Pumps :
Dick Pumps don't particularly help with penile growth or girth. They mainly help the penis get and stay erect longer. @Clavicular , if you could share personal experience on the subject that would be great (as I never personally used one). The average dickpump price ranges in the 20 to 30 dollars.
Penis rings that you put at the base of the penis do the same thing, but it's not something you'd use if you don't want the person with whom you're having intercourse with knowing about your ED.
Other treatment options may include:

Other treatment options may include:
- Cardiovascular exercise. Vigorous cardiovascular exercise for at least 45 minutes three times per week may help reverse some cases of mild ED. Cardiovascular exercises may include brisk walking, jogging, swimming, bicycling and jumping rope.
- Quitting smoking. For men with mild ED, quitting smoking can lead to improvement after several months.
- Oral medications that help increase blood flow to your penis, including sildenafil (Viagra®), vardenafil (Levitra®), tadalafil (Cialis®) or avanafil (Stendra®). Oral medications start to work within an hour.
- Penile low-intensity focused shockwave therapy (LiSWT). This noninvasive treatment improves blood flow by using sound waves. It can take two months to see improvement.
- Medications you inject directly into your penis to create an erection, including alprodastil (Caverject®), papaverine (Papacon®), phentolamine (Regitine®) or a combination of multiple medications. Injectable medications start to work within 10 minutes.
- Trt, it's effects are often visible around 4 weeks after starting it
- Penile implant procedure. A penile is a procedure in which a surgeon places a device into your penis to make it hard. The device doesn’t affect sensation, peeing or orgasm.
