Clavicles are the last bones to fully fuse, usually between the ages of 20 to 25 so maybe since he took a lot of testosterone and other androgenic hormones + hgh so it could be possible that that significantly impacted his clavicle growth

Loox doesn't do what he preaches, i think from my personal research i can tell you that he just got lucky with androgens and it worked good for him, real good. He was underdeveloped with no testosterone in his body to aromatize into estrogen resulting in semi open growth plates and potential to increase dimorphism in his face and skeletal frame, though his clavicles were always wide
