Did any1 fix dandruff with not using shampoo anymore?

I have a lot of dandruff and everytime I stop using shampoo it gets worse. I already only use shampoo 2 times a week. Did any1 fix their dandruff via no shampoo?

No I didn't and I fell for the noshampoo trap.
That was when I had the most dandruff in my life. Before this, I still had dandruff because I used to use a two in one shampoo. I stopped having any dandruff at all after switching to a normal shampoo and conditioner routine.

Head and shoulders tea tree shampoo and conditioner, and any sort of hair oil or whatever you use to hydrate it, using dandruff shampoo can really dry out ur scalp which is important you do anything to keep it hydrated.

shampoo was stripping my hair oil and once i stopped the dandruff went

whenever i adjusted my hair the dandruff went all over the place

I suppose your hair was very dry did you use any products on it or nah?

and what about a leave in conditioner? It gives my hair good waves, a lot better than without using that curl definer. Is that bad for my hair or not?

nah i never used product on it
i used leave in conditioner for a while but that didnt really do much for me actually it made it worse somehow
producing my own hair oil naturally fixed it for me
but it could work for your type

Ive done it about 2 ish mounths no and its just the same
