Did any1 fix dandruff with not using shampoo anymore?

I have a lot of dandruff and everytime I stop using shampoo it gets worse. I already only use shampoo 2 times a week. Did any1 fix their dandruff via no shampoo?

Head and shoulders tea tree shampoo and conditioner, and any sort of hair oil or whatever you use to hydrate it, using dandruff shampoo can really dry out ur scalp which is important you do anything to keep it hydrated.

shampoo was stripping my hair oil and once i stopped the dandruff went

and what about a leave in conditioner? It gives my hair good waves, a lot better than without using that curl definer. Is that bad for my hair or not?

nah i never used product on it
i used leave in conditioner for a while but that didnt really do much for me actually it made it worse somehow
producing my own hair oil naturally fixed it for me
but it could work for your type

I have hatte das selbe Broblem.
Jedes mal wenn ich mich bewegt hab, hats geschneit und jeder hat immer gesagt, ich soll die Kapuze schütteln oder dass mein Pullover voll is.

Ketozolin 5% is das einzige, was funktioniert hat. Hat mich fr gerettet.
Beim ersten Mal 95% Verbesserung und hab jetzt so gut wie keine Flocken mehr. (1 bis 3 Sandkörnchen beim energisch schütteln)

Meine session is:
-Haare komplett waschen mit dem hier:

So lange waschen, bis die haare seidig sind.
- Danach ketozolin rein (eine kleine jizzladung wert an ketozolin, bzw nicht viel weils irritieren kann)
lange einmassieren bis die ganze Kopfhaut voll is.

-kotozolin nach 3 bis 5min rauslassen
-Aloe Vera in die nassen haare rein, damit alles giga gut hydriert wird und drinnlassen.

Ist das einzige, was für mich klappt. Alles andere raped meine haare. Ich nutze auch nur das shampoo, damit meine haare nicht irgendwie klebrig oder zerzaust werden.

Kann Aloe Vera sehr empfehlen gegen gereizte Kopfhaut/Trockenheit auch im Gesicht.

Hab ne ganze Pflanze davon im bad stehen

2. Ketozolin is n wirkstoff, Medikament gegen Pilzinfektion (bei sehr starken Schuppen ist es meistens pilz, wenns nicht weggeht und nichts hilft).
Hat meine haare 1 mal graped, als ich übereifrig zu viel reingemacht hab und es 15min drinngelassen hab vorm rauslassen.
Must kein shampoo nehmen. Fr mach am ende nach dem rauswaschen Aloe Vera rein und lass so lufttrocknen.
Absolut peak.
