the doc told me it would fix my crooked nose and , the flatness in my mid face and advance my chin is the nigga capping? , or should is tick to my original plan of getting a rhino, a genio, and fat grafts in mid face?

holy shit this dude ascended, I will see the surgeon, this Friday again to give him my teeth scans, but idk the guy seems super good and professional but conse3rvative he was like I don't need a genio, and I think he doesn't want to give me a high cut lefort 1 because of risk should I bargain for it or its not worth it

honestly idk, exactly what is his exact plan I saw him for the first time telling him I wanted genio, he told me genio is not what I need but I need to get lefort, if he plans a bsso with it or not no idea, the guy seems super conservative thats my only issue, il see him again , and do you think its possible to combine a rhino , I think the lefort will fix dorsal hump but I still want to refine my tip a bit?

I will, I had another opinion from another surgeon, same hospital this one wanted to do a high cut lefort 1 and bsso, but he wanted me to wear braces for a while or some , the new surge. said just wear the braces for the surgery so I was like why not, the other surgeon told me I could get result nearly similar if I did rhino, genio, fat grafts , but this one tells me no genio so I got lost , il see Friday when I see him

if u have a overbite/underbite it can do wonders and ppl have ascended a lot from it.

No I’m skeletal class 1 that’s why the dude accepted to perform it as soon as I wear braces I just want to leave mtn hell and become htn
