A while ago I cut my screen time by about 50% and instead spent more time reading books, going on walks, and playing chess, since people claim it helps with dopamine issues, brain fog, and might even increase intelligence. The results were negligible, but reading books turned out to be pretty fun. Has anyone else experienced anything different?
