I found that 1 eggshell contains 2g of calcium, i have made it before and consume by drinking it with water. it doesnt taste bad at all :feelswat:

The calcium in it is not bioavailable. Your body doesn't absorb it.

Yea I've thought of this but how the fuck are we gonna comfortable eat eggshells without injuring ourselves?
 
It's not bioavailable calcium, so it's not shit

Seems like they have the same as calcium supplements no?
