Obviously, he got a hair transplant. But what about his jaw? Is it fillers? Or very subtle implants?

Everything about him looks the same except for the hair. Probably just got in better shape so his jawline was more defined. He possibly uses small amounts of botox and fillers just to maintain his look but he's not going to Eppley JFL.

First picture looks lens distorted, and it's from a different angle. He hasn't gotten jaw implants, he always had a wide jaw. Being older with thinner skin makes him look a little less round.
